Grimm from Atlanta here. Today I'm here to humbly ask for some guidance from those who are smarter than me with regard to both timing my engine and tuning the EBL FLASH II system in my 1990 C3500 Dually. I hope this is the correct section to post this in.. The engine is a fresh build, though...

1990 c3500 350 to 454 swap

I'm still sorting out a few loose ends, but it is nearly ready to fire up. It is a stock TBI with a spacer. Good eye. I went with EBL Flash II for management. It seemed like the best choice for what I was trying to do.
