Anyone have experience with lazer welders? I just recently saw one being used by a youtuber. Is it something fairly new? The one the guy used lays down a continuous bead on sheet metal. Also it has a lazer scaler that blasts rust and corrosion away from thin or thick metal. Quite a nice piece...

pull a leaf

Has anyone pulled the O/L leaf from the rear spring on a 1/2 ton short to lower it just about an inch? Thinking it will drop and maybe ride a little bit smoother and truck will never haul or tow heavy loads. lt already has shackles and bump stops are still on it.

wiper arm upgrade

I recently read somewhere later model wiper arms can be used on 88 up trucks but now I cannot find it. What years are they?

trashed distributor ?

I had the distributor apart to inspect it and to install a new pickup coil and ignition module in my '91 350. What I found was the shroud was bent out of shape and what looked a lot like bits of rock in there. Most likely that was material securing the magnets in place. Turning the shaft by hand...
