Definitely not the GMT800 style  Although, I’m curious to see how they got it to fit. I considered the 454SS style, but wondered they might look too small on an extended cab.

Also dug out the other set of taillights. Scored these for $75 off a Tahoe in the junkyard

Dang! The three essentials. That's being at the right place and right time with an empty trailer I'd say. Good fortune smiling on you. Did it even come with a clear title too?
My wife bought me a pair of tail lights like those for my 06 GMC. I don't care for that black cover so I was able to carefully remove it from mine. Sticky tape is all.

Repaired some broken wires on the ABS sensor

Might still drop the back a little also depending on how the front springs settle

Fixed some other runnability issues, one of the knock sensors failed and the TPS was reading low. Engine runs far better now!

I also somehow blew apart the idler arm while greasing the front end, so that also got a new replacement!

I also took the truck on a ~100 mile test drive. Did okay, definitely needs more work. It needs an alignment BAD, somehow it scrubs the tires on minor turns. The brakes pull heavily to one side, and the passenger caliper is sticking a bit. There’s a weird vibration starting at about 45, the previous owner said it started after replacing the driveshaft carrier bearing, so I’ll need to inspect everything back there. Lastly, I got a new check engine light, Code 13, so I’ll be looking at the O2 sensor and wiring as well. It doesn’t appear to be doing much on the scanner, and the truck won’t go into closed loop.

My guess would be that he didn't mark the driveshaft before pulling it apart and he put it back in rotated. Try rotating the driveshaft on the pumpkin and see if it gets better or worse.
