I was curious and found out that the whole look came from Baja/Offroad Desert racing. The lower back end physically allowed the truck to have less damage when absorbing the impact of jumping. Cali Lean and Carolina Squat are one in the same. Though, I'm not sure how much desert racing and jumping is done in the Carolinas????
Regardless of the truck, my feelings remain unchanged.
