I’ll wash it up and then show some more picturesYes by a true professional.
Edit: that is if there is any clean metal under there. It’s iffy. Some will say yes others will say no.
I definitely don’t wanna cut corners with it but I also can’t throw thousands of dollars at it at this timeCouldn't disagree more. That is not some "I got a buddy with a welder" type fix. At least, it wouldn't be if it were me and my loved ones riding in it.
Only the crossmembers are Huck bolted, the engine and longitudinal rails are technically one piece. It is easy. Drill the ends, V the crack, lay in some beads, grind smooth, plate the inside. It'll be stronger than the rivets its all held together with.
Thank you for ur help!It can be fixed, but it needs to be cleaned up, assessed, welded properly, and reinforced with a diamond shaped backer plate. More to it than scabbing shyt together half-arsed. Not a job for 90amp flux core machine but shouldn't be thousands either.
You mean like this. Not a job for 90amp flux core machine
That would be umpteen thousands, lol....but badass.c-Channel from behind then get it welded... If all else fails, Call the Guys at Art Morrison's and get your dream tube chassis !!!
Definitely not looking to do that lolYou mean like this.
