I punched the numbers on the outside of the frame, right under the passenger door.
The registration went well and I passed with a "Damn, that looks really good, man!" from the registration guy.
So now it is all clear and good to go!

I finally got hold of a engineer at the Swedish car inspection bureau, who told me to get the VIN-number stamped on the frame, right side/passenger side.
I asked him if I could do it myself, and he replied:

I need to punch out a few dents in the passenger door and have to remove the metal panel that holds the window.

Thanks guys, i am pretty sure I have read that GM stamps all of their frames on multiple places, some locations might be "hidden" or hard to find in order to keep them hard to erase.
I´ve got about 6 days left to come up with a stamped VIN-number or it needs to taken out of traffic or...
