    coolant loss of some kind is not something that should be alarming, even the owners manuals typically state something about topping off coolant with 50% mix to avoid diluting etc etc. But its not something most of us will experience to a signfiicant degree. all your vehicle has to do is overheat...

    it was given to me by my stepdad, 1) im cheap 2) I dont intend to artificially extend its life span (no frame off resto) and 3) it would be offensive (not in my eyes, but other peoples) to sell and replace the vehicle I was gifted.

    Even with safety glasses the rust just falls in your face. As soon as I finish installing my outdoor hose I’m going to get the pressure washer and at least remove the flakes that are in such large amounts. It may sctually rust slower removing the rot like that lol

    i thihnk thats just boilerplate aftermarket Cover your a*s terminology used by a lot of companies. Possibly gets them out of certain regulatory nets
