Charlie T
Newbie
Hello everyone! My name is Charles Tiranno and I own a 1996 Chevy Silverado. I bought the truck about a year ago and the truck was originally from North Carolina. The guy that I got the truck from daily drove it just as I do, but the problem is, is that I live in western New York aka the salt belt. The frame over all has been solid and in decent shape for a New York truck. Today I was looking at the truck and a spot caught my eye. On the rear driver side by the gas tank there seems to be a crack in the frame. I will add a picture so everyone can see, but basically I want to know if it can be fixed at all or if I should just enjoy the truck while I have it or part ways with it. Overall the truck has been awesome to me and I don’t necessarily want to lose it. Any help or ideas are appreciated thank you guys!
