I was just looking at the truck trying to figure out how these things fit. Anyone have pictures of them installed?
I don't have any pictures from under the truck, but they're on it lol. The only difference between the TBI and Vortec headers is what I discussed above.

And I have them on the kitchen floor lol. Once I get my heads back I'll get my engine in and get you pics of them installed.

That question was for the peanut gallery not for you. Some folks just can't resist the urge to jump in business that don't concern them.
I need to look at it closer (in the daylight) and see if I can get my mind wrapped around how that #4 tube clears the frame. pictures installed would be awesome!
I was concerned about clearances as well because my truck lays the frame and I didn't want the headers hitting the ground before the frame.

618 Syndicate, is your truck a 4x4? (I don't even know for certain if there are 4x4 dualllies, I assume there are.) OP is a K2500, as am I, and I'm also considering headers. I've seen these listed as working, just curious about practical fitment observations with 4WD.

No, mine is 2wd, but there are 4x4 duallies. Patriot's information doesn't specify 2 or 4wd fitment, and they're pretty detailed with what they provide. I'm sure an email or phone call would clarify.

Only difference that I'm aware of is the oil filter orientation. 2WD has the standard vertical post and 4WD has an adapter to make it horizontal in order to clear the front driveshaft. I've seen some posts where folks have issues clearing the filter on a 4WD, and others where there is no issue.

I did a quick look on Summit's website and couldn't find any information that several manufacturers long tubes wouldn't fit a 4wd. Nothing in the specs, and the website asks about drive configuration. Same part number for both. Not a guarantee, but pretty solid evidence they'll fit.

I'm not seeing how they'll clear the passenger side frame at the motor mount, or the driver side oil filter and front driveshaft...
Please purchase and post pics so we can laugh.
Guess you'll be only one laughing they fit fine went right in from the bottom. Did have to trim top ear on bell housing where dust shield mounts but Ive had to with any headers when running a 80e.
