Will a steering wheel from a 2006 silverado fit a 98?

Found someone selling one on FB, my wheel is pretty beat up.
I guess I could paint the airbag, is there a paint match for the chevy dark gray interior?

Different spline. gota change the whole upper knuckle out, and it comes out an inch closer to you
