Will 18x9 wheels with 275/65/18 tires fit on a leveled k1500

I have a 94 k1500 with 2500 springs in the back (2.75 inches of lift I think?) With the front cranked level. I just found some 18x9 modo metals with 275/65/18 tires and was wondering if they would fit without trimming, thanks

Bought the wheels anyways, fit amazing couldn't have got any luckier(first pic is how far in the old wheels sat)

what offset are these? I'm looking to run the same set up on a 1994 k2500 LD at stock height.
