Hello guys, I have a 2000 CCLB K3500 with 5.7 engine. I'm trying to figure out what transfer case I have. It's the manual lever on the floor. Seems like NP8 is a common code for NP246, but I have a NP5, and that's something else. Here are the RPO codes:

Yours should be an NP241, I believe. the NP5 code is for the steering wheel. Is there an "NP2" code on there you might have missed?

Can you crawl underneath and see the service tag on the TC? It should be an NP241c, but the tag will tell you for sure.

Yeah, that's what I'm planning on doing. Is it not weird that it is not indicated on the RPO tag?

Now I'm really curious to see what your service tag says. According to gm parts direct, yours (according to the VIN in your screenshot) should be 241C
You must be registered for see images attach
