What the heck is this....???

I was under the Tahoe setting jackstands for a brake job and came across this emblem on the frame just below the driver's door. I thought at first it was just some kid's magnet stuck on there years before when he was help his dad, etc. Nope, it's firmly mounted on there.... Any ideas?

That's why they're on "upside down", because that's how the frame is initially built....

What was the original question? I cant get past how clean that frame and e-brake cable are! Over here, any daily driver older than 2.5 years old are worse than that. Your lucky!
