I've got a stepside bed 1996 and I would like a fleetside bed. Searching on the site i've found I need the gas filler tube and bumper also. Anyone know of any other parts I may need?

Thanks

Ya, put those back and keep the stepside bed. lmao. Seriously, these stepsides are getting scarce, why get rid of it?

A step side bumper will fit a fleetside box. A fleetside bumper needs a bit of modification with a grinder to fit a stepside box.

ressurecting an old thread, but hey I used the search button. So in order to do the reverse, Fleet to SS all I need is the bed and Bumper? Should have the same bolt pattern?

Don't even need the bumper just about 5 minutes with a grinder

I cut my bumper and cut down my filler neck. All I needed was the bed.
