Insulation against both heat and sound...I suppose you could use some of the current Dynamat type stuff or seek one from a donor cab. I've seen a few that have come apart badly like that but usually they're in good shape. If you go back with something non-original there may be a few minor challenges making stuff fit correctly, maybe not.

Find a junkyard truck and try to rip it out of that. Probably a good idea to note the dash and what trans the truck has before snagging it
