What have you towed lately

Had to move it out of my yard. Was used, again, as a Halloween prop. Tow bar plate is over the bumper, welded to the bumper brackets. Car used to be towed behind a late 60s Dodge motorhome. Then a mildly lifted 92 K1500. Or the 85 C10 that my 49 Dodge truck killed.
Car has a warmed up numbers matching engine, west coast rake with 195/60r15 and 215/70r15 tires, Gene Berg shifted freeway flyer transaxle. Former show and go car out of Reno.

I towed metal to the scrapyard with WCJr.

Across the scales going in my truck and trailer weighed 7080 lbs.

Leaving across the scales with the trailer WCJr weighed 6000 lbs, and I still had 22 lbs of aluminum to scrap, so empty the truck and trailer weigh 5980 lbs.

Previously, WCJr without me in the driver's seat weighed 4080 lbs. I now know my empty trailer weighs 1900 lbs, which is a few hundred under what I guessed.
