Front end repairs to Rawhide, a little bit at a time as I can afford it and Paul the neighbor and I have time. Get Burb running and licensed so he can be moved in the driveway.

Best to buy the parts a little at a time so you can put 'em all on there at once and only have to get it aligned once.

92 K1500 ecsb: De-Silverado (WT grille, manual doors); swap on a stepside bed; rocker panels and cab corner; full chassis refresh; carb conversion; lift including ladder bars; winch (finish bumper build); fancy hood; paint; bed bar and lights; refresh true dual exhaust.
99 K3500: SAS; 5.7 to 8.1L swap; lift including ladder bars; steel wheels instead of alloys; 36” tires (minimum); stronger transmission (have NV4500, not impressed); fancy hood; stainless true duals with stacks for pto clearance; tilt/dump bed; winch; fancy grille with 88/89 headlight conversion; fix the hvac; better seat and console.

Probably get 10% actually finished this year. But, gotta restart somewhere…

Got one of em accomplished today: new to me set of the PY0 factory 8 lug alloy wheels. Just had to get up early and go across Houston, to the Northside wrecking yard...get two off, two different trucks, get tires removed, buy them, get more tools out of my truck, go back and get the other two wheels, get tires off, buy, load up....

I've already installed the Big 3 kit and removed the wheel arch molding.

Next is a new exhaust system. Long tubes, hi flow cats, x-pipe, dual Borla ProXS mufflers, straight out the back.

Finish new dash install from last year.
1. Install stereo head unit
2. Fix driver side air vent (i lost the 'W' shaped retaining spring, but found it on the ground while i was cleaning up)
3. Readjust transmission gear display indicator ( i don't have the string routed correctly)

I've got quite a long list of things I need to do to my truck. (89 K2500 RCLB 350)

Starting off with visuals, it needs both cab corners and the passenger side rocker panel. Need to learn how to use Bondo as well, which leads me into attempting to fix a lot of the dings on the bed/doors/fenders.

Also try and get the massive forklift dent out of my bedside. Might try the football method with that one.

Truck is white so painting shouldn't be difficult, but it was resprayed to white from brown. And I need to straighten my brush guard on the front of my truck. The trim is keeping it from sitting flush. Cut the trim, and it will be good. Also need to weld in a new cab mount. My passenger rear-ward one is rotted out. My cruise also needs to be permanently fixed. It worked for a week, then stopped working again.

After all that, need to drop my transmission and repair my rear main seal and transmission output seal. Both leak pretty bad. My front end leaks as well, both axle seals, and it looks like its leaking out of the middle? Not sure though. I need to find a friend who'd be willing to let me use their lift...

And after that, fix the window leaks, which is from the passenger door seal, and the rear window is half way detached at this point. Duck tape is working for now, but I would like to address it. Maybe even swap in a sliding rear window in the process.

Fix my fuel economy/drivability issue.

And finally, UNDERCOAT. Living in southern Illinois, the salt is... FIERCE in the winter time. Gotta protect this beer can of a truck as best I can.

This seems like it'll take longer than the rest of this year...
