Unknown Dash Connector

I put the dash back in my truck, it’s got a 95 dash but everything else is 96.
I put it all together but couldn’t find a place for this big white connector to go, got power to dash but electric windows don’t work and no power to cigarette lighter or anything, I’m assuming the white connector is the issue. If anyone knows anything or any troubleshooting tips let me know thanks

also everything worked a year ago when I took it out, everything is the same.

Mine’s a 98, but the only thing that looks similar is connected to a module above the parking brake. Not an easy place to get a photo of, but maybe it will help.

That's the transfer case control module connector. Shouldn't have any bearings on the rest of the dash electrics.
