Tinkering with a 99 Suburban

Any GM HVAC gurus here? I’m having trouble with my AC. When I bought it the AC didn’t work, wasn’t too worried about it at the time since it was winter. Fast forward a couple months and warmer weather has arrived. So I did some tinkering and turns out my compressor was junk. Got a replacement put new seals on the line and pulled a vacuum test. It held fine so I charged it and now I have AC, woohoo! Well kinda, now I have rear AC and defrost vent AC but I have floor heat simultaneously but nothing comes out of the forward facing vents. Any thoughts would be extremely helpful!

Your blend door isn't working. My daily driver Mustang is doing the same thing right now.

That problem is typically related to actuators for blend doors. It can be a tedious process. You may have an actuator that has failed, a connection that has failed or a blend door that is bound up for some reason.

Installed a hidden winch mount and a warn vr evo10 winch. Pay no mind to the janky novelty plate mount.

Test fit with the new fender flares. I think I like it. Hopefully I’ll get some time this weekend to install them.
