Can anyone recommend any sort of ventilated/mesh or other breathable seats/cushions/covers? My back just stays swampy wet during the summer months here in SC. I need to get some air in back there.

Even sitting at my government job for 12 hours with little else to do, I'm not bored enough to read through all 115 pages of this thread to see if this question has been asked yet or not.

I want to put an interior handle on my back cargo door. I want to use an original equipment handle to keep with the look of the interior. Has anyone done this, or can someone tell me if it just isn't going to work? I plan on taking a good look in there this weekend to see if I think I can make it work. With plans for using this as an overland rig we will spend some time sleeping out of it and it would be much easier to climb out the back than trying to get my stiff old body through one of the side doors.

I have question for you interior specialists. I bought a 1992 SCLB for the wife and it has a bench seat. What years can I get buckets and a console or a 40/60 out that will fit. I have a 96-98 60/40 but I think the floor pan is different. Thanks.

Another option that I would be willing to entertain is a set of buckets and bases out of something complexly different IF it does not require major modification:waytogo:

Replacing power door handles. I've seen a how to video and I think I'll break lots of plastic parts doing it myself. The outside surround is cracked but still functions, 2 days ogo the inside quit so I have to reach out to open the door. I can hear something moving a the latch when the inside handle is pulled but the latch does not open.
I think I'll get a pro fix it. What yall say?

You can do it yourself, there really isn’t a lot going on inside these doors. Check out YouTube for videos.

Worst case, you break something and fix it.
