Google would probably be your best bet. If that didn't bring anything up, you might want to check here to see if anything looks similar; I know they are the square body burbs, but you might find one that has a similar paint scheme or similar wood grain and other features: http://1990suburban.com/conversion_packages/chevy_suburban_conversion_packages.cfm

Unfortunately, not a whole lot was documented about these conversions back in the day, or at least with my research, which sucks for people who like the conversions and want to know more about them.

Went to a j/y this morning and found a 97 Monroe Sport Truck. Idiot me completely forgot to take a picture of it, but it was teal with graphics, stainless rocker trim, custom cloth 40/20/40 seats (were in very nice condition!), and some ugly stick-on carbon fiber dash kit. The person must have removed the wood trim. I grabbed the "Monroe Sport Trucks" badges for $5, I might put them on my 97. Hard to find info on the Monroe's. I was actually going to grab some Centurion badges that they had there, but they crushed it, but found this truck instead, win-win.

Kept forgetting to ask this question - on my dad's conversion dually, on the passenger side, there's some sort of stick-on plastic grab assist piece that goes over the handle. What is this thing called? It looks unique, I've never seen anything like it:
