I couldn't even get the bolts out of mine.. I had to grind the head of the bolt off, then burn the center and press it out... then sawz-all the outer shell. It really doesn't take much heat but that melted rubber is worse than anti-seize.

Air hammer but it looks like they used heat first. I saw people drilling holes in them first-then air hammer them out.

This was the only way I could ever get subframe bushings on my drift cars to come out. There's something about the nostalgia of the broke drift days that'll keep me burning bushings out whether I have a press or not.
