These are kinda big(like the Escalade/Denali, in that they're a good bit longer than the regular buckets console). So they might charge me more for it. The last console I got was in February and it was the 88-94 kind, was $25. That one is going in Burb, unless I find a gray one(one I got is tan). How much are these typically?
Same one as shown in pic though? I can always hack the back off it. $25 for the other one doesnt seem like a bad price. Where in Texas are you at?These are kinda big(like the Escalade/Denali, in that they're a good bit longer than the regular buckets console). So they might charge me more for it. Houston area, SW Houston to be exact. We have 3 LKQ yards here, one is about 10 minutes from home.Same one as shown in pic though? I can always hack the back off it. $25 for the other one doesnt seem like a bad price. Where in Texas are you at?
I will prob just make my ownInteresting. The construction itself isn’t amazingly difficult - some high density particle board stuff….some black carpet, the inside compartments are 1/4” think plywood glued & stapled together.
The real nice part is the top. It’s a thick clear, the inner lips of the cup holders and lids are painted in black for a nice contrast.
I didn’t like it on day1 and wanted to change it for a factory console, but on day 2 I really like the storage, and the cup holders (not really adequate in the factory plastic console)
Should I put padding behind it like I did on the top?

Plywood, gorilla glue, countersunk wood screws. Spray glue black felt to the inside compartments, and spray glue grey vinyl to the outside. They even make cool stainless steel cup holders with LED lighting in them I can get off evilbay.I will prob just make my own
