Definitely a good decision. With the torque at the front end, vs the grip at the rear, you are going to get more twisting of the frame than a std setup. Keeping the steering as simple as possible will prevent it from binding up under load.But but but........ I watched the video of my buddy rolling through the finish line at 140 because of steering failure and I put my steering together component by component. So, I'm kinda rethinking a few things and I've decided to purchase Elevated Concepts manual rack n pinion setup. He has agreed to sell me just what I need. I've already got the steering column, knuckles to the rack, and his rack mount. He's gonna supply everything else to the spindles. I will have so much more peace of mind!!!!!
