I'd put a shield on the housings if you can engineer something. Hot turbines don't react well to large quantities of cold water if you got caught in a shower, and since it's a street truck that's a possibility.

So, as of right now I'm not gonna run them for various reasons. I agree 100% on the water and exhaust problem, and when I have the truck finished I will go in and fabricate something. There are some things I can't forsee right now, and an inner fender is a pretty simple fab...
