This may have already been covered, but can you do a body lift on a truck with a manual trans and floor shift transfer case?
Seems like it would throw the shifter alignment off...

Any shifter that's top loader style, will sink further down thru the floor.
Any shifter with linkage style, will need readjusted.
Any shifter with cable style, will work fine with lift so long as there's enough cable slack.

3" BL is the way to go, nice truck!
