Just in case anyone was wondering.. It is possible to fit 315/75r16 on 16x10 wheels if you have a 3 inch body lift and adjust the torsion bars a little. I have a two inch block in the rear and have the torsion bars up 3/4 of the way. I had to trim the lower plastic valance of the bumper at an angle, cut the bottom corner of the bumper very slightly, and bend in the inner fender. The tires cleared everything but just barely catch the frame at full crank. It isn't going to hurt the tires any because they are rubbing a smooth surface and you probably wont be going fast enough to be full turn and hit the frame. It can be done and I will post pics of everything on my page soon.View media item 31841

I'd been searching for another truck with that sort of lift and 315's but never found one. Your truck looks sick man.

After reading many, many pages of this thread ....... I have some questions concerning my .....

1995 Suburban K2500 454 with:
-Automatic trans
-Floor shifted transfer case
-Rear Heat & A/C

Anyone have issues with rear HVAC lines?
- Parking brake cables?
- Floor mounted transfer case shifter?

Someone mentioned something about vapor canister lines.....
and rear bumper relocators won't work on a Suburban? (Fixed rear bumper).

And lastly, will the Escalade/Denali hitch work on a 2500 Suburban? (Unsure of rear frame differences between 1500 & 2500).....

Any 2500 Suburban owners have any tips/info ?

Anyone done a 3” body lift to a k3500 crew cab long box and still hauled/towed? In theory I have no concerns other than higher center of gravity.

Just looking for some real world experience with the above and pics of a cclb with body lift only and 33’s.
