So, here's my story. I got a set of polished aluminum valve covers from E-Bay. I had to cut down the AC bracket, where the bolt goes, for the AC compressor, on inside, rear, next to the intake. There just isn't enough room, to get the Aluminum valve cover between that bolt, and the lifter's, ECT. Even once the valve cover is in place, there is still not enough room for that last bolt. When I installed the new aluminum valve covers, I broke off the HP sensor ever so slightly, on the back of the AC compressor. This caused the AC compressor to not work anymore. I didn't want to disturb to AC system, in fear of having to recharge it, but that ended up happening anyway. So now there are 3 bolts holding my AC compressor l, instead of 4. I have had these valve covers for a few years now, and only having 3 bolts on the AC compressor, hasn't been an issue at all, and believe me, I use my AC, all of the time. Moral of the story, unbolt the AC compressor before you install the valve covers. You can trim off as much of the AC bracket as needed, to get the valve covers to fit. I simply put some silicon around the 4th bolt, and dropped it in the hole that it belongs in, so it wouldn't be bouncing around. It doesn't hold anything, but it's there, and looking at the engine, it looks like it does
