These were on the early gmt400 trucks and do not break like the cables that most of our trucks have. These are a direct bolt in and come with all the hardware needed. Second pic is of a set I have on my truck.

Are these different than the ones used on Squarebody's? Was this standard on early (88-89?) trucks or only an option? Thanks

This was an 88-89 or so option. I’m not sure how similar or dissimilar they are to the 73-87 style.
