I had a couple, year old Dormans that the driver side was starting to lose the turn signal/brake. And I had put LEDs in them thinking maybe they'd run cooler and not melt/burn the bulb sockets like the previous seemed to do. I bought a set of complete circuit board and lens that were TYC brand based on good reviews on another chevy truck sites. Neither TYC worked out of the box! To get the passenger side to work I swapped the board connector I'd gotten some years before from a junk yard and had to use my old Dorman board with the new incandescent bulbs that came with the TYC. The driver side TYC board initially did not have a reverse. It finally started working when I pressed the circuit board together firmly between the reverse light and the center bulb. 3 days later it's still working but I'm keeping my fingers crossed! These lights seem ridiculously sh!tty no matter what brand! I've never had any vehicle have this many issues with stupid simple light bulbs!
