Got the drive by wire setup today, had to cut the pedal and re-weld but it functions perfect

I’m in the end stretch of my swap, waiting on carrier bearing, MAF, and shift linkage then it’ll be go time. Installed the new cooler today for the trans as well as other stuff. Don’t mind the wiring I’m gonna loom up and tuck what I can once I drive it a few miles to work the kinks out

Well here’s the first broken part, brand new U-Joint blew up less than a mile driving it. May have been hard on the throttle but damn the LS is quick, had a warranty on the joint so a quick trip to O’Reillys and I was back in action

Made a good pass with it today, beat two of my friends. One with an 09 F150 and another with a 2012 Silverado. No pics or videos but it was good fun!

Well eventually over the summer I want to C-Notch the frame and drop the rear and lower the front some. Maybe run some old school cragars or something cool. I dig the factory steelies but it’s too much black for me lol

I can honestly say I do not regret anything that I spent on the swap, runs wonderful and is plenty quick. Gotta save up the coin now for the swap headers. It’s ungodly loud but that’s fun too right?
