I have a 1998 c1500 2wd truck. I lifted the front with lift spindles, 3" coil spacer, aftermarket upper control arms, and 2" ball joint spacers. I was wondering if the stock sway bar links are still ok to use being short or if I need to get some longer ones.

That’s like mixing boy parts and girl parts. Seriously, I doubt it.

The "lift spindles, aftermarket upper control arms, and 2" ball joint spacers" dont have anything to do with the sway links. Let's ignore them.
The " 3" coil spacer" does. The sway link should be nearly plum and vertical, from bar to LCA, when the truck is on its tires. Since I can't see it through the internets, you're gonna have to look and measure it for yourself. Since it's been a couple weeks, I suspect you figured something out?

So, I have a 94 k2500 with a 6” Pro Comp lift kit in it and all I need are the sway bar links. Problem is that I can’t find them anywhere. First pic are they ones that were o. The truck. But one had to get cut for rebuild purposes. The second pic is the length needed. I really need to find something

I don't have " eye " ends on my links. Both my K1500, and K2500, have the two bushings and pair of cupped washers on each end.
From Ace hardware, 10 inch X 3/8, 7/16 ? Bolt grade 8; new bushing 4 each; 4 new bushing washers; 3/8 or 7/16 id tube 6 inch or to be determined. And nyloks or flanged metal locknut. Instant new lifted sway end link hardware.
Adjust measurements, as there are approximate from your photos.

I believe rough country sells sway bar links..
As for me I bought dodge dakota rear links and a k1500 front sway bar link. Both leveled out the sway bars way better then the factory c1500 links
