I just did the sun visor thing, last week.

The salvage yard I went to had 2 dozen appropriate trucks. I was shocked at how bad all the visors were- not just dirty, but busted up too.
I finally found one that was still structurally sound, and had it reupholstered. It was $9 to buy and $70 to reskin.

According to my local dealer, there are no more NOS visors to be had.
