1999 esky. Brakes seem to be grabbin super hard. Pulled drums n no gear oil leak as that was my first guess. New pads n rotors upfront but all cleaned before install. Any tips?

"Grabbin"? Front or rear? Nose dive or rear squat?

Scuff the front pads and rotors, possible that the anti-rust chemical wasnt fully washed off at install.
Remove drums again, remove shoes and lube all shoe to backing plate contacts. Bevel off the leading edges of the shoe material, adjust them properly.
