I missed it since I haven't been a member that long, but I just went thru the whole post, and write up, great job, gives me inspiration to keep going with mine.
Funny thing is the wheels you have, were on mine weeks ago.

I forget you lowered guys are typically on drop spindles, so at that height you're probably not too far off of stock geometry.
