Slave cylinder conversion question

Will a intern slave cylinder bellhousing work on my 92 nv4500? And will my clutch kit for the external slave cylinder work on the internal setup? Would I just have to get a different line going from the cylinder to make it work also? And what about my throw out bearing

My understanding is that all parts have to match and converting from external to internal slave involves modifying the firewall to accommodate the internal slave master cyl.
