I purchased my truck after my 00' Silverado was totaled in an accident! I had always wanted a Chevy 4wd, so the search began. I picked up this truck fairly cheap, shortly after the modding started.... :anitoof:

ON TO THE PICS!

when I first got it:

first thing I did was scrap the nerf bars and front air dam:

it came with a K&N intake:

and upon futher inspection it had cross-drilled and slotted rotors - SCORE!:

it also had an after market muffler (no pic) but it wasn't loud enough for me, so I got some used Flowmaster 10 series race mufflers
(it's VERY loud now!):

Those are flowmaster 10 series mufflers, I got the same setup but no turn downs, sounds better with open outlets, I also dont have cats.

On my 2000 Silverado I was able to keep the wheels, stereo and some of my lighting, so I used the 194 Blue LEDs into the cluster. As well as my dome, kick panels, doors, etc

And this is something I just got done with this weekend! I had this overhead console left over from my other truck, so I modified it to fit! Unfortunately the console is not deep enough to use the directional lights, so I may mount my tweeters up there. And since the lights won't fit, I added in the stock button holes (2) License LEDs that are threaded and tapped into the dome light wiring..

It was a good weekend to say the least! Got quite a bit of modding done!

I got the 4-High lighting mod done! (btw I'm running a 5K HID in my lows), they're 55w from DDM Tuning - they are MUCH brighter than the 35w kit!

*disclaimer - YES they are aimed down quite a bit and I have never been flashed by oncoming motorist's*

Next I had a Westin Bull Bar that I took off my Toyota months ago and decided to modify it to fit the Chevy! I also added some el-cheapo lights to it, but they get washed out soooo much by having HIDs, so I took them off today :anitoof:

I also tried to color match the grill, but it wasn't a perfect match and bothered me ALOT! So that has changed over this weekend too! LOL

This is my Photoshopped guide to how I want the truck painted, the bumper will be scraped eventually for something that costs money that I don't have now! :naughty:

And lets see, what else I've done..............oh painted bumpers, removed the bumper moldings, next will be the bodysides removed, then paint the rockers black

That's it for now, but I'm sure I'll be doing something by next weekend :anitoof:
