well... spent time grinding off a ton of bondo. 1/4 inch thick for no reason.

I want to raise the bed for about 10 inches, and replace the roll pan. Not to mention level the bed. the rear passenger side is 16 inches from floor to top of bed. The driver side is 14 inches from floor to top of bed. Driver side of bed has to move up 2 inches.

Have you considered just getting a different box at this point? That thing is annihilated.

chiseling off some more bondo laid by the original builder.

Tacked up the tail gate shaver filler. Just have to skim it with filler and make it smooth.

Check out the bed in relation to the cab. Looks higher on the right side than the left up front. Could be a tweaked frame rail. If you back into something it pushed everything up where the frame has that S.

I would really be checking the frame out something seems fishy there. Just odd why they would only raise driver side of the box floor and not passenger side, hopefully it's just a bad box. Hate to see you put all this work in and have a bad frame, just my opinion.
