**** box buggy continued ( dash problems)

So as you probably know I'm working on a 97 wt c1500 I decided to rip out the dash due to it being destroyed well at first I couldn't get the harness out so I pulled it from the dash body well has anyone transfered a harness from one dash to another ? Second the heater air box is also broken and compleat **** how do I get it out
