Scsb dually conversion/full restoration

There are two rear axle width. Wide axle for standard bed and narrower axle for cab chassis ( flatbed). Are actually gonna carry tow as dually or just looks, show?

About 35 years ago I heard they had another width. It was called the bread truck width. I don't know why that stuck with me all these years. Just repeating what I heard.

Love the looks of them. I really may go that route with mine. Not 100 percent sure yet. I am going back with the original brown. But not the tan down the middle. Going back oe on the brown interior as well. I think the color is called saddle. I could be wrong though.

I seen a crew cab short bed dually the other day. Kind of goofy looking. Not my style. I like crew cab long bed dually. Bought my wife one a while back

I Agree. There is a crew cab short bed close to where i live , they are rare but they do look weird.
