Are there any relatively reliable sources of oem body panels or down to just finding them at junkyards or in the wild?

Check out Brown's of Two Rivers, their body panels are thicker than average aftermarket panels. I had gotten a new extended cab corner and a third door cab corner a while back when my 98 was repainted from them.
