Hey everybody, so I have an intricate job to do.
I've been trying to fix my truck's starting-idling-dying issue after I dropped a new engine in it.
A buddy of mine suggested replacing the fuel pressure regulator. So I let him do it. Little did I know there was gas on the intake. Then he retarded the timing and it backfired. Shot about ten feet of flames out of the throttle body and burnt up half my harness.
Now I've got two wiring harnesses, one from an 89 C2500 and a 92 Silverado of some sort. There are a few distinct differences but at a glance they look the same.
All I have for reference is the harnesses before I cut the wires off and a Chilton's manual, the latter I can't figure out cuz the color codes are different than my truck and it's missing several splices apparently.
Anyone have a more concise diagram? Thanks in advance.
