How do I remove the door pins when the cord doesn’t have a connection by the hinge. To take the harness out
Are you talking about replacing the door pins because they are worn out?
Most just rig up some kind of lift, like an engine hoist, or blocking/jack under the door and replace them that way, leaving the door in place.

Either pics or a better explanation is needed. At least for me it is.

After what @Drunkcanuk said, I understand now. The connections are under the dash past the door opening/jam. Or support the door and do with the door still there. The engine hoist and a strap at top of window opening is a great choice.

If by Cord you mean the wire harness... remove the kick panel and there should be a connector behind there.

Or.... an easier way, if you can support the door with, say, a 2x6 on a floor jack (have a competent helper steady the door so it doesn't fall), once you get the door pins knocked out, you can back the door slowly away from cab and you should be able to feed the wire out of the cab-side of the hole, and the connector will come out as well.

Then unhook the door harness connector, and you can lift the door from the jack and put wherever you want/need.

To install, mount the door, slide in the new pins, connect the harness and feed the slack back into the hole on the cab-side.

I should have written above, if the door is still mounted to the cab, you ought to be able to work the 'cord' (harness) out from the cab-side, and the connector should come out. You might have to wiggle the wires as you pull out, and maybe do a little in-out to work the harness out of the cab-side hole. Sometimes the larger connector gets hung up on things inside. Worst case look above the kick panel or behind it for the connector.

Once you get the connector out, disconnect it. I forgot, a guy should be able to pull out/disconnect with the door still on the cab.

Either way ... there's a connector there.

Sometimes the disconnects are down in the kick panel area as mentioned, sometimes you'll find them in the boot between the jamb and the door; or right at the point where the boot connects to the cab.
