2) buy donor truck
3) back half using the donor trucks good frame OR use the donor trucks whole frame if it’s good
4) swap all the stuff over
5) sell remaining. People like to use GM front clips (frame) on other projects. Like Fords with I-beams. Plus you could probably unload the stock suspension pieces for a decent price.
