I was going to use hubcap haven but their price went up on the rally’s since I’ve been looking almost $30 each. So I’ll probably plan on trying the other company. I’m tempted to order one since they are all free shipping and make sure it looks up to par. I’m sure it will.

This square body truck has the square body rallyes on it. These are very similar to the trim rings Dad used on ours, IIRC they were Camaro ones. Several years ago, I used to see people selling repro ones in sets at swap meets. There's a zillion different styles of GM trim rings; differences in depth and how the rim is shaped, as well as diameter.
Here's a couple of pictures from a 1979 Chevy truck promotional mailer in my collection, showing the 6 lug truck Rallye wheels with trim rings. 4wd then as on 400s....

Disregard the orange circle I got this from another forum but I didn’t realize they had all these wheel options for the squares. A k5 down the road from me has the aluminum wheels with the 4x4 caps thought they were aftermarket.

Yes those are factory wheels. I have some I got years ago for another truck, an old one that's 6 lugs.

Got the 16” rally. Looks very good. $114 free shipping. Took like 2 days to get here. Figured that’s a good price over about $30-40 for a junker wheel plus having to refinish and paint it. I just ordered 3 more.

Suggestions on trim rings would be appreciated. Amazon has plastic ones for $45-80 oem ones are about $49 a piece are those all metal?

Thanks for the input

If it were me, I'd run metal trim rings if I could get them. Plastic chrome just doesn't sound like it'll last....

Got the center caps in from the early 2500 light duty trucks. Cap doesn’t seem to rest on the wheel very good but I assume with the lug nuts in there they pop on and fit good? Or did I get the wrong caps?

Kinda suprised the caps stick out so far from the wheel but I guess I kinda knew that from looking at pictures I wish they were more flush than they are though.

I Won’t be getting them mounted for a little bit longer but I’m excited to see them on the truck
