I replaced radiator core support and frame brackets on my truck. The new rubber core support bushings are installed as well as bolts and hardware.

how tight should the bolts be? The bottom bushings will just compress the tighter you make the bolt. I’m not sure if there is a torque spec or you just snug them up a little or what.
thx

thanks for the service manual links however I was unable to open them on my computer. :(
Do you have Adobe Acrobat Reader DC? It's a free download. There are other .pdf readers but, I prefer Adobe.

Edit: if you can't open the link itself try deleting the "https://" and use "www." on the beginning. Some security add-ons won't allow the https prefix.

Just curious, where did you get the replacement radiator support? Was it new or used? How hard of a job to replace it?

Sorry to bombard you with questions. I will be replacing my front bumper, fenders and inner fenders (due to rust) when the weather warms up, and am on the fence about whether to replace the radiator support, or repair the one rotted section around the driver's side mount bushing.
