Products to help keep dirt off single stage paint?

Bought this truck a month or two ago, matte black with no clear. If i wanted it to not look filthy i would need to wash it every two days. I've seen some ceramic coat products that help with 2 stage paint, but am unsure how they would effect a matte single stage paint. Anyone have any experience with this?

anything you touch matte paint with is going to change the appearance.
Looks cool on some cars but is a bear to maintain.
