So I measured my track width front to back and I'm 81" wide at the front and 78" wide at the rear. So defiantly gonna go for some 1.5" spacers. That should be theoretically perfect for the measurements I took.

    Any spacers you guys recommend?

I bought 6061(?) aluminum ebay spacers. They held up great the 5000 miles I had them

Good to hear, with 1.5" spacers did you have to do any trimming of the stud?

I had bought some 1.5" spacers for my 98 on Amazon. I didn't have to trim any of the studs on mine, but you might have to if your lug nuts are short. They were aluminum and cost $80 for the pair. They are holding up great after 10-15k miles, had them on for a year and a half now.

1.5" spacers are bolt on and look good! I'm glad I didn't go with the 2" ones. Lets hope for the best on these lol. I have some minor vibration but I believe its becasue 2 wheel weights fell off when I was clearing the inside barrel of the wheel.

I'm jealous of you guys getting that nice offset with your 1.5" spacers. My rear end must be tweaked or something since 2" spacers don't even slightly push my rear wheels out.

Really? that's interesting, and as far as you know rear end housing is still original to the truck?

I have no reason to believe it's ever been changed out or modified in any manner. Lol just strange
