I have seen tow trucks drivers put the little T attach points in there and end up bending the frame just like that.

That’s what I was thinking too, looks like someone hooked on there and sent it a little too hard

Steering wheel holders.. not tow truck drivers..

The kind of dudes that will winch it down til the winch is practically stalling, might throw a j-hook around the axle, and figure "well it's in park" so it'll be OK. Yup!
