Pics of lifts with 285/75r18 tires

I am thinking of changing my wheels and tires. Due to my knuckle lift the front tires stick out too far for my liking. So I am looking at a rim with more backspacing and a narrower tire than what I currently have(305/70r16). If you are running 285/75r18's please post a picture of your setup.

Check badbowties build thread. He had 285's on a 6inch lift for a while.
